Directions: 3.5 kms. north of Clappison’s Corners (corner of Hwy. #6 & Hwy. #5) on west side of Hwy. #6, just south of Millgrove between Terra Greenhouses and the Dinosaurs. From the 401, take Hwy. #6 South at Exit 299 (about 20 km) past Millgrove.

Date to be announced VCOA Capital Chapter Summer BBQ & Car Show!

WHEN: TBA WHERE: ROCKRIDGE FARM-5758 HIGHWAY 15 IN KINGSTON (Exit 632 off the 401, or take the more scenic drive from Ottawa) We are doing things a little differently this year-there will be a $10 cost per car admittance fee- active CCC members will be $5.00 (it pays to be a member!) This does NOT cover the cost of food! Please bring your own picnic lunch, or BBQ Goodies (dogs & burgers) will be available for purchase at a very reasonable cost. There will be a small petting zoo for the kids, and we'll organize a caravan down from Ottawa for those who want to do a group drive. Hope to see everyone there!

Date to be announced Ontario meets Quebec on Bate Island Car Show!

Ontario meets Quebec again on Bate Island (in the middle of the Champlain Bridge between Gatineau and Ottawa), between 10 and 11AM. We will then attend the Aylmer Autoshow (10$ per car), which is a North American meetings for fans of Classic and collectible cars (www.autoshowaylmer.com), in Gatineau (Aylmer westend sector). This year, we have a Volvo class within the Autoshow, which means one of our cars will receive a People's choice award. There will also be door prizes as well as inter-class special trophies (Best of Autoshow, Long distance, Président's award, etc.). So shine your cars, Volvo friends! We are waiting for a good turnout from both Québec and Ontario Volvo fans! :) Prepare yourselves for summer fun: beach, bring your own picnic or eat at the numerous food concessions or walk along the gorgeous Aylmer Marina!
